Signature Sourdough - contains gluten

Seeded Sourdough - contains gluten. Seeded with linseed.

Buttermilk Rye - contains gluten and milk

Bagels - contains gluten. Prepared in a kitchen that handles sesame and nuts

Butter - contains milk

Granola - contains gluten and nuts

Pastries - our pastry selection rotates weekly, are labelled with their allergen information on the day. Previous pastries have included gluten / milk / eggs / nuts / soya / sesame / peanuts / sulphur dioxide

Preserves - as per label

Apple Juice - none

Monmouth Coffee - none

Salmon - none
