Refund policy

If there has been an issue, we are always very keen to put it right. Please contact us at support@butterandcrust.com for us to address your concerns.

For orders cancelled after Midnight on Thursday, we are unable to offer refunds for any freshly baked items but we will provide a full refund for all other items in your order.

If there has been an issue with your order, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
