Holy ghost bagels is a micro-bakery based in Colombia Road that started in Summer 2021. Having previously worked at The Snapery Bakery, the team want to bring everything they know about sourdough bread to bagels. The bagels are made with stoneground flours from selected millers in Yorkshire, Oxfordshire and Devon.
