Yes. Customers can cancel any time for free online. No strings attached.

If you have already purchased a subscription but cannot login, you may not have activated your account. 

Enter the email address which you used to checkout here and we'll email you an account activation.

At the moment we only offer subscriptions. It helps us keep value for money high for customers.

But you should know that customers are not tied into the subscription for any length of time and can cancel online for free. 

Login to your account and select 'manage subscription'. 

Under our website ribbon, select 'Billing information'. Here you will be able to enter your new card details.

Manage Order

Login to your account and select 'manage subscription' to enter the customer portal. Select 'Manage your bundle' in the website ribbon.

Add item: Select 'Add product' at the top of the page. Select the item you wish to add to your bundle and choose your delivery frequency. The delivery address and next billing date should populate correctly automatically. Remember, we bill on Wednesdays.

Change bread selection: Your bread selection is managed slightly differently to other products. To change your bread order, select 'bread selection'. On the next page, select 'Update contents'. From here, you can change your loaf selection and quantity.

Pause/remove item: Select the item you wish to remove. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Pause this item'. This will indefinitely stop your ordering of the item.

Change product delivery frequency: Select the item you wish to change the delivery frequency for. Select 'Product delivery frequency'. From here you can select either weekly or fortnightly delivery. Note, you may have different frequencies for different products - Want bread delivered every week but coffee or butter every other week. No hassle, simply select the relevant product and change the frequency.

Resume paused subscription: Select the paused items you wish to resume and click 'Resume product'. Note, you must do this for each item you wish to resume.

Login to your account and select 'manage subscription'. 

Select the tab 'Upcoming orders'. On this tab, you are able to skip your next order. Once you have skipped an order, you are able to skip the order after that, and so on.

Note, you cannot currently skip individual orders several weeks away.

Login to your account and select 'manage subscription'. 

In the portal go to the 'Manage your bundle' page. Select the items that you are subscribed to and click the 'Pause this item' button at the bottom of the page. This will indefinitely stop your subscription. You must do this for each item in your subscription one-by one. 


No. We'll leave your bundle on your doorstep, and send you an email notification as soon as we deliver.

We'll deliver to your doorstep between 6:30-9:00AM in the morning.

Just let us know in the 'special instructions' box when you add the bundle to your cart. We'll make a record of it and arrange for a slightly later delivery. We'll then knock when we deliver.
